Dashboard Overview
Your real-time command center for monitoring fleet health, throughput, and device status.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open the dashboard. It provides a high-level snapshot of your fleet:
Fleet Stats
Total devices, online count, offline count, active sources, and messages per minute — all updating in real time.
Throughput Chart
A live chart showing message volume over the last 30 minutes, giving you a visual pulse of fleet activity.
Top Devices
A ranked list of your most active devices by message count.
Offline Devices
Devices that have stopped reporting, with the time they were last seen.
The dashboard refreshes automatically using real-time polling, so you always see the latest state without manually reloading the page.
Navigation Tabs
The top navigation provides access to all sections:
- • Overview — fleet-wide stats and health at a glance
- • Devices — browse, filter, and inspect individual devices
- • Sources — manage your MQTT and webhook connections
- • Messages — explore detected schemas and message structures
- • Alerts — configure and manage alert rules
Real-Time Updates
PEEK uses efficient polling with change detection to keep your dashboard current. The system only sends updated data when something has actually changed, keeping bandwidth low even with large fleets.
